Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by a teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis. A minimum of 5 students are required to hold the class. Advanced registration is required.

Beginner Tennis Clinics are designed to take aspiring tennis players who are working on keeping the ball in play, looking to gain on–court experience, developing their strokes and interested in learning the basics of singles and doubles play.

Intermediate Tennis Clinics are designed to take players who can rally at a slow pace and teach them to improve court coverage, increase the quality of their strokes by improving their control, placement, and power. More advanced singles and doubles strategies are developed.

Advanced Tennis Clinics are designed for the competitive tennis player. Focus is on conditioning, footwork, strategy, fast paced challenging drills with the goal of developing a winning game. 

Rates are per hour for Private Groups which can be schedule year round. Above classes occur between December 1st & February 28th

Private Lesson:   $75

Semi Private:      $80

Three w/ pro      $30/person

Four+ w/ pro      $25/person
